These Terms & Conditions govern your use of sz555 and all its services. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by them.
Introduction

If a player is found to have registered or operated more than one account — including accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods belonging to the same individual — sz555 reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform. This policy applies regardless of whether the accounts were opened simultaneously or sequentially.
sz555 may require documentary proof of age at any point following registration. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Access to the platform may be suspended pending successful age verification. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds deposited will be returned after deduction of any bonuses received.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sz555 login credentials, including your mobile number and password. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be conducted by you and you are responsible for all such activity. Account Registration and KYC Verification

Acceptable KYC documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, a driving licence, or utility bill showing your current residential address. KYC documents must be submitted in a legible format and must not be altered, edited, or obscured in any way. sz555 may suspend or limit account functionality while a KYC review is pending, and reserves the right to close accounts where satisfactory documentation cannot be provided within a reasonable period.
You may not transfer, sell, or assign your sz555 account or any account rights to any third party. Accounts are personal to the registered holder. sz555 may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any successor entity without restriction. In the event sz555 undergoes a corporate restructuring, merger, or acquisition, the terms of this Agreement shall continue to bind you in relation to any successor entity.
You may close your sz555 account at any time by contacting support via the email address on this site. Any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the payment method you most recently used to deposit. sz555 may close your account at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, without obligation to provide a reason and without liability to you.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

Actual processing times depend on the payment provider. sz555 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank-side processing delays outside of sz555's reasonable control.
sz555 conducts mandatory anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all accounts. As part of AML compliance, sz555 may request additional documentation confirming the source of funds deposited. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until the matter is resolved. sz555 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
All player balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). sz555 does not apply foreign exchange conversion fees for transactions processed in Taka. If a player deposits using a payment instrument denominated in a foreign currency (e.g. an international Visa card), the applicable exchange rate applied by the card issuer or payment processor will apply — sz555 is not responsible for such third-party conversion costs.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. sz555 will notify the account holder by mobile number prior to any administrative fee being applied to a dormant account balance. Administrative fees on dormant accounts will not reduce the balance below zero. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any pending KYC requirements.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
sz555 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement (rollover) has been satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using the bonus funds before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. sz555 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using automated or scripted play to complete wagering requirements; placing offsetting bets with the intention of exploiting bonus structures; or participating in coordinated groups to systematically extract value from promotions. sz555 reserves the right to confiscate bonus winnings and close accounts in all cases of confirmed bonus abuse.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion. Free spins not used within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire automatically. sz555 does not substitute expired free spins with cash or alternative bonuses.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
